We pride ourselves on excellent youth and adult programs, where we teach students skills that will build their self-esteem to help them defend against the of bullies of the world, help them build character to succeed in the face of adversity, build a community of peers, and improve physical fitness.

We consider it a privilege to give back to our local community by offering a 50% tuition discount to our valued first responders (police, fire, EMT personnel). We are partners with the Adopt-a-Cop and We Defy programs to help students with the cost of tuition.

We encourage families to participate together and strive to make our program even more affordable when families choose to enroll multiple family members together under our Family Tuition plan.  We also offer other discounts, including a Military discount, to help make training affordable for everyone.
